Online Academy CSA – Pathways to a female future

“The Queen’s Gambit”, a boom in online chess and the FIDE declaring 2022 as the “Year of the Women”: it is an exciting time for women in chess!
Yet, women are a minority among today’s chess players and increasing female participation has been a slow process. We would like to start an exchange forum across borders to exchange best practice ideas, network and support each other in our effort to increase female participation in chess and to enhance the chess environment to make women excel.
